Five nominated to NCCAD board

At a special-called meeting of the Nolan County Commissioners on Monday morning, approval was given to nominate five members to the board of directors for the Nolan County Central Appraisal District.
The five members nominated were Jerry Rozzlle, Randall Smith, Domingo Castillo, Mike Ensminger and Jerry Lee Hunt. Stepping down from the board will be Ben High and Mark Meneses.
Approval was also given to renew the VINE automated victim notification services for the 2013-2014 year. The system allows for victims to register, in which they can be informed when an inmate is released from jail and take steps to be protected if necessary.
