Four enter guilty pleas

Four people pled guilty to Judge Glen Harrison during recent 32nd Judicial District Court proceedings.Kenneth Frank McCann pled guilty to aggravated assault with serious bodily injury, a second degree felony. For his plea, McCann received six years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, probated for six years. He will also have to pay a $3,000 fine, $309 in court costs, $3,177.09 in restitution and $500 in attorney's fees. He will also have to serve 240 hours of community service. The defendant shall also enter a Male Batterers Intervention Program.Stacy Ann Franklin pled guilty to endangering a child. For her plea, she received three years of community supervision, a $700 fine, $309 in court costs and $500 in attorney's fees. She will also have to serve 120 hours of community service.Jessie Lee Deboard pled guilty to criminal mischief, a state jail felony. For his plea, he received two years confinement in the State Jail Division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, probated for four years. He will also have to pay a $2,000 fine, $1,958.78 in restitution, $309 in court costs and $500 in attorney's fees. He will also have to serve 120 hours of community service.Christian Lee Reyes pled guilty to driving while intoxicated, a third degree felony. For his plea, he received five years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice. He will also have to pay a $500 fine, $484 in court costs and have his driver's license suspended for one year. He will receive 120 days credit towards his sentence for time already served in jail.
