Four indicted on Tuesday

A Nolan County Grand Jury indicted four on Tuesday, March 20, 2012.

Four indictments were true-billed on Tuesday, March 20, 2012, by a Nolan County Grad Jury. Two of those indictments were sealed.
Fidel Zapata was indicted for driving while intoxicated, a third degree felony. The indictment stemmed from an incident on Dec. 4, 2011. Zapata has also been convicted of driving while intoxicated on May 12, 2008, in the 32nd Judicial District Court in Nolan County, on June 26, 2000, in the 32nd Judicial District Court in Nolan County and on Jan. 9, 1995, in the County Court at Law in Nolan County.
His bond was set at $10,000.
Amanda Jo Zetzman was indicted for evading arrest with a vehicle, a state jail felony.
Court documents state that Zetzman intentionally fled from Officer Rob Hohman — who was attempting to arrest or detain her — in a vehicle on Feb. 10, 2012.
Her bond was set at $7,500.
