Gary Donald Blair

Gary Donald Blair, formerly of Sweetwater, died at his residence in North Carolina.
He has gone to meet his maker and is now reunited with his late wife Karen Blair. He will be deeply missed. He wasn't just our brother, he was our best friend.
He loved hunting and old cars. He was born Oct. 28, 1959 in Rotan, moved to Sweetwater for a while and then moved to Dallas. He finally moved to North Carolina where he lived for 16 years and passed away.
He left behind a son, Robert Blair of Dallas; brother, Wayne and wife Sheila Blair of Odessa; sister, Jennifer Blair and partner Roy Sanders of Big Spring; two nieces, Melissa Baker and partner Daniel Gutierrez of Snyder and Tanya and husband Michael Olivas of Midland; nephew, Dillon Blair of Odessa; two great-nieces, Caitlyn Terry and McKayla Gutierrez of Snyder; two great-nephews, Braiden Gutierrez of Snyder and Bryson Olivas of Midland; and several aunts and uncles.
He was preceded in death by his late wife, Karen Blair; his mother, Wanda; his step father, Frog Toland; and father, Clarence Blair.
He was cremated. A memorial service will be held at a later date at Lamar Street Baptist Church in Sweetwater.
