Indictments handed down by Nolan County Grand Jury

A Nolan County Grand Jury indicted 11 people on Tuesday, June 21, 2012. Eight of those indictments were sealed. The following cases were true-billed:
Michael Alan Ledbetter was indicted for engaging in organized criminal activity, a third degree felony. Court documents state that Ledbetter, along with four others, burglarized a building without the consent of the owner on Dec. 16, 2011. His bond was set at $12,000.
Lashondrick Dlon Richardson was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, namely, cocaine, a state jail felony. Court documents state that Richardson possessed less than one gram of cocaine on Feb. 5, 2012. His bond was set at $5,000.
Lisa Elaine Gonzales was indicted for theft of property less than $1,500 with two or more previous convictions, a state jail felony. Court documents state that Gonzales unlawfully acquired a flashlight and other miscellaneous merchandise of the value less than $50 from David Duncan without his consent on May 2, 2012. The offense was enhanced with two prior theft convictions including one on Sept. 30, 2011 and one on June 29, 2006, both in the Nolan County Court at Law.
