Grand Jury indicts 11

A Nolan County Grand Jury recently indicted 11 people. Eight of those indictments were sealed. The following cases were true-billed:
Steven Bernard Renfro was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, namely tetrahydrocannabinol, a state jail felony. According to court documents, Renfro possessed less than one gram of the controlled substance on Jan. 10, 2013. His bond was set at $5,000.
Christopher Ray Medina was indicted for burglary of a habitation, a second degree felony. His bond was set at $25,000.
George Wallace Peeples II was indicted for theft under $1,500 with two prior convictions, a state jail felony. Court documents state that Peeples has been twice convicted of theft, once on May 7, 2008 in the Nolan County Court at Law and again on Jan. 31, 2011, also in the Nolan County Court at Law. His bond was set at $7,500.
