Grand Jury indicts 22

A Nolan County Grand Jury indicted 22 people this month. Fifteen of those indictments were sealed. The following cases were true-billed:
Machele Cathlene Flores aka Machele Cathlene Light was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, namely methamphetamine, a state jail felony. Flores possessed less than one gram of the controlled substance on Feb. 8, 2013, according to court documents. Her bond was set at $7,500.
Charles Joseph Montgomery III was indicted for possession of marijuana, a state jail felony. Montgomery possessed more than four ounces, but less than five pounds of marijuana on Sept. 25, 2013, according to court documents. His bond was set at $5,000.
Juan Martin Leanos was indicted for evading arrest with a vehicle, a third degree felony. His bond was set at $5,000.
Samuel Aric Torres was indicted for evading arrest with a vehicle, a third degree felony. His bond was set at $5,000.
Randall Wayne Bradbury was indicted for driving while intoxicated, a third degree felony. Court documents state that Bradbury had been convicted of the same offense on Oct. 31, 2003 in the 114th District Court of Smith County and on Feb. 26, 1999, in the 104th District Court of Taylor County. His bond was set at $5,000.
Margarita Castillo was indicted for driving while intoxicated, a third degree felony. Court documents state that Castillo had been convicted of the same offense on Nov. 12, 1992, in the 132nd Judicial District Court of Scurry County and on Apr. 27, 1989, in the County Court of Scurry County. Her bond was set at $5,000.
Anthony Wayne Hickson was indicted for driving while intoxicated, a third degree felony. Court documents state that Hickson had been convicted of the same offense on Sept. 14, 2011 and on July 10, 2000, both in the Nolan County Court at Law. His bond was set at $5,000.
