Grand Jury indicts eight

The 32nd District Court had eight indictments handed down by the Nolan County Grand Jury this week.

The Nolan County Grand Jury handed down eight indictments this week in the 32nd Judicial District Court. Five of those indictments were sealed. The following cases were true-billed:
• Joe Michael Noriega was indicted for continuous violence against the family, a third degree felony. His bond was set at $15,000.
• Loraine Danielle Brown was indicted for prohibited substance in a correctional facility, a third degree felony. Court documents state that Brown possessed marijuana in the Nolan County Jail. Her bond was set at $7,500.
• Waylon Daniel Pope was indicted for evading arrest with a vehicle, a state jail felony. His bond was set at $5,000.

It's gonna be okay you 8 indictees. Lucky for you, you are in Nolan County where you can't possibly go to jail for anything. The probation judge will set you free to offend again.
