Grand Jury indicts seven

A Nolan County Grand Jury indicted seven people this month. Five of those indictments were sealed. The following cases were true-billed:
Teresa Ann Williams was indicted for possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance, namely cocaine, a second degree felony. Williams possessed more than a gram, but less than four grams of cocaine on Dec. 8, 2012, according to court documents. Her bond was set at $20,000.
Rocky Flores was indicted for assault of a public servant, a third degree felony. Court documents state that Flores kicked an officer of the Sweetwater Police Department while being placed under arrest on Dec. 30, 2012. His bond was set at $12,000.
