A Nolan County Grand Jury indicted 13 people this week. Seven of those indictments were sealed. The following cases were true-billed:
Zachary Dearen Coe was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, namely methamphetamine, a state jail felony. According to court documents, Coe possessed less than one gram of the controlled substance on Nov. 5, 2012. His bond was set at $7,500.
Adam Jacob Aguilar was indicted for harassment a by person in a correctional facility, a third degree felony. His bond was set at $25,000.
James Lewis MuĂ±oz was indicted for driving while intoxicated, a third degree felony. Court documents state that MuĂ±oz was convicted of driving while intoxicated before â€”Â once on Oct. 8, 1998 in the Mitchell County District Court, once more on Oct. 18, 1995 in the Mitchell County Court and again on Nov. 17, 1993 in the Lynn County Court. His bond was set at $7,500.
Robert Anthony Santiago was indicted for criminal mischief, a state jail felony. Court documents state that Santiago intentionally caused damage to a 2010 Chevrolet Tahoe causing more than $1,500 but less than $20,000 in damage to the vehicle. His bond was set at $7,500.
Paula Brooks was indicted for driving while intoxicated with a child passenger, a state jail felony. Court documents state that Brooks operated a motor vehicle in a public place while under the influence of methamphetamine while a child younger than 15 years of age was a passenger in the vehicle. Her bond was set at $5,000.
Benito DeLaCruz, Jr. was indicted for evading arrest with a prior conviction, a state jail felony. His bond was set at $5,000.
