Grand Jury indicts three

Three separate indictments were true-billed for Jose Santiago Quintana this past week by a Nolan County Grand Jury.
One indictment included two counts of aggravated sexual assault, a first degree felony, one count of indecency with a child by contact, a second degree felony and one count of indecency with a child by exposure, a third degree felony. These counts stemmed from incidences in 1994. Bond for this indictment was set at $25,000.
Another indictment included one count of indecency with a child by contact, a second degree felony, one count of indecency with a child by exposure, a third degree felony and one count of criminal solicitation of a child, a third degree felony. These counts stemmed from incidences in 2010. Bond for this indictment was set at $15,000.
Another indictment included two counts of criminal solicitation of a minor, classified as second degree felonies and two counts of criminal solicitation of a minor, classified as third degree felonies. These counts stemmed from incidences in 2010. Bond for this indictment was set at $15,000.
Also indicted was local lawyer John Young for aggravated assault arising out of an incident occurring on June 12, of this year. Another indictment was sealed.
