Guilty pleas

Several pleaded guilty during recent 32nd Judicial District Court proceedings.
Enrique Lombrana Gamez pleaded guilty to failure to register as a sex offender, a third degree felony. For his plea, Gamez was sentenced to two years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice. He was also ordered to pay a $2,000 fine, $782 in court costs and $819 in attorney's fees. He will receive two days credit towards his sentence for time already served in jail.
Ricardo Lopez Guzman, Jr. pleaded guilty to burglary of a habitation, a second degree felony. Guzman was sentenced to seven years of community supervision and will have to pay a $2,500 fine, $593 in court costs and $500 in attorney's fees. He will also have to serve five days of up-front jail time and 240 hours of communioty service.
Eric Blake Dupont pleaded guilty to theft over $1,500, a state jail felony. He was sentenced to three years of community supervision and was ordered to pay a $1,000 fine and $348 in court costs. He will also have to serve 120 hours of community service.
