Hailey Dunn's father arrested for failure to appear

Clint Dunn has been arrested on two failure to appear warrants: one for possession of marijuana, and one driving while license invalid.
He was scheduled to be at Mitchell County Court at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, and was arrested around 10:15 p.m. the same day.
According to the Sheriff's office, Dunn said he didn't know he was supposed to be there.
He is being held at the Mitchell County Jail on a total of $5000 bonds, and if he can't come up with the money he must stay until his court date, which could be up to 90 days.
