Harold Duvall

Harold Duvall, age 83, of Roscoe, passed away peacefully after a long battle with cancer on Saturday, April 6, 2013 in Sweetwater.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, April 16, 2013 at First United Methodist Church in Roscoe with Reverend Juanelle Jordan officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of McCoy Funeral Home in Sweetwater.
Harold was born on June 10,1929 in Roscoe. After working in the farming and ranching business throughout many southwestern states, Harold and his loving wife, Doris, returned to Nolan County where he owned and operated Duvall’s Stripper Repair Service until the time of his death.
Harold was preceded in death by his wife, Doris and by their grandson, Jordan Duvall.
Survivors include three sons, Andrew Duvall and wife Susan of Tyler, Scott Duvall of Oregon and Jeff Duvall of Los Angeles, Calif.; 10 grandchildren; and two sisters, Gladys Bruce of Rockwall and Judy Rucker of Prosper.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that any donations be made to the First United Methodist Church of Roscoe to be distributed for the benefit of the Open Door Child Development Center.
