Corey Hatcher of Roscoe will be a state alternate after placing third in the 220-pound class Saturday at the boys Region I, Division 3 meet held in Sundown.

Corey Hatcher of Roscoe will be a state alternate after placing third in the 220-pound class Saturday at the boys Region I, Division 3 meet held in Sundown. Hatcher had a lift of 1,365 pounds with a 550-pound squad, 300-pound bench press and 515-pound dead lift. Landon Jones (1,120) placed seventh for Roscoe in the 181-pound class while Jose Rangel did not place in the 165-pound class.
