Holy Mass of Christian Burial for Ivan Jay Krejci, 50, of Roscoe, will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, March 18, 2011, at Holy Family Catholic Church with Father Quirino Cornejo officiating. Interment will follow at Garden of Memories Cemetery under the direction of McCoy Funeral Home.
A Rosary will be held at 7 p.m. on Thursday, March 17, 2011, at McCoy Chapel of Memories, recited by Mark Delaplaine.
Krejci died Monday, March 14, 2011, at his home.
He was born June 17, 1960, in Sweetwater. Ivan was a farmer and had lived in Nolan County most of his life. He was a 1978 graduate of Highland High School and was very athletic. He had attended Holy Family Catholic Church in Sweetwater and was a member of the Knights of Columbus.
Survivors include his daughters, Ashly Kay Krejci of Austin, Kirsty Krejci of San Marcos and Kaylyn Krejci of San Marcos; mother, Evelyn Krejci of Roscoe; brothers, Ronnie Krejci and wife Amanda of Sterling City and Loran Krejci of Roscoe and his daughter, Crystal; nephews and nieces, Alan Jenkins and wife Amanda and son Tripp of Granbury, Katrina Krejci of Lubbock and Ashlee Fullwood and husband Jake of Fairfax, Virginia.
He was preceded in death by his father, Raymond Frank Krejci; a brother, Gary Krejci; and his grandparents.
Pallbearers will be Steve Guelker, Mark Wright, Alan Jenkins, Scott Fullwood, Randal Bankhead and Crisp Williams.
