JavaJax to host CD release event tomorrow

A live music performance & CD release party will be held at JavaJax in downtown Sweetwater on Saturday evening, June 23.

A live music performance, featuring musician Brian McRae, will be held at JavaJax in downtown Sweetwater on Saturday evening, June 23.
McRae has recently recorded a new CD entitled “Painted World” which will be available for purchase on the night of show. Local residents Suzi and Rex Scaggs are the executive producers of the new album, which includes a song titled Sweet Water.
Performing with McRae on Saturday will be Aaron Hatmaker on bass guitar, who also plays on the CD. A special guest appearance by Teddy Jack Russell, son of legendary musician Leon Russell, will also be a part of the event Saturday night.
There will be a dinner before the show. Doors will open at 7 p.m. for dinner and the show will begin about 8 p.m. Cost for the dinner and show is $18 or $10 for the show only.
