The Region 14 Education Service Center (who gets the grant for Headstart) recently bought four iPads per Headstart classroom at J.P. Cowen Early Childhood Center.
Lenior Peterson was the Region 14 representative who made this happen for Sweetwater. There are six Headstart classrooms in all in Sweetwater so there are 24 new iPads for Headstart students to learn on at the school.
Shown are students in Mrs. Susie Kamer's Headstart class in centers using the iPads.
