Lady Mustangs volleyball fall short in district play against Brownwood

BROWNWOOD — The Sweetwater volleyball team came close to getting its first district win Friday, but instead lost to Brownwood in four games by scores of 24-26, 25-23, 22-25 and 15-25. Sweetwater fell to 0-2 in district and 16-16 overall, while Brownwood is 2-1 and 10-13 and just one-half game out of the district lead.
