Alicia Finn, 1st Team Infield

Junior Alicia Finn and sophomore Kelsi Crosson of Sweetwater were named on Sunday to the 2011 All-Big Country Softball Team by the Abilene Reporter-News.Finn was chosen as a starting infielder after hitting .655 in district play with six doubles, three triples and one homer, while Crosson was selected as a starting outfielder after batting .545 with six doubles, two triples, six stolen bases and a .697 on-base percentage.
Kelsi Crosson earned All-Big Country recognition as a reserve outfielder follow-ing her freshman year.
Also receiving All-Big Country honors on the 2011 team were Crosson’s twin sister, Kendra, who was named as a reserve outfielder, and senior Taylor McKoy, who received All-Big Country honorable mention as a pitcher. Kendra Crosson had a .500 batting average in district play that included three triples as well as eight steals.
