Funeral services for Lillian Darrellyn "Lillie" Burwick, five months old, of Blackwell, will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 2, 2011, at McCoy Chapel of Memories with Rev. Daniel Dotson officiating. Interment will follow at Blackwell Cemetery under the direction of McCoy Funeral Home.
Burwick died Saturday, Jan. 22, 2011, at Rolling Plains Memorial Hospital.
She was born Aug. 21, 2010, in Abilene.
Survivors include her parents, Rachael and Darin Burwick of Blackwell; sister, Radin Burwick of Blackwell; paternal grandparents, Glenn and Tanya Burwick of Blackwell; maternal grandfather, David Mortensen and wife Tammy of Trent; maternal grandmother, Christine Mortensen of Tennessee; paternal great-grandfather, Therell Burwick of Blackwell; maternal great-grandmother, Shelia Hester of Abilene; paternal great-grandparents, Carolyn and Jimmy Lee of Bronte.
She was preceded in death by her great-grandmother, Lillie Cook Burwick on Nov. 28, 2010.
Pallbearers will be Sheri and David Morgan, Baylee Carter, Jessica Lapshon, Tye Jeffery, Tammi Reed, Aaron Vanover, Justin Minajares and Daisy Porter.
The family requests any floral offerings be lilies.
