Lily Closet to open Saturday

The Lily Closet at First United Methodist Church in Sweetwater will be open from 9 a.m. to noon this Saturday, Jan. 1, 2011.
The Lily Closet, the clothes closet at First United Methodist Church, will be open this Saturday, Jan. 1, 2011.
The Lily Closet is open to anyone in the community or surrounding area. All clothes from the closet are free of charge.
The Lily Closet was established to provide clothing to families and individuals in need. The clothing is donated by church members and local individuals and organizations.
Donations to the Lily Closet are accepted and appreciated. Donations can be dropped off at FUMC or call the church office at 236-6617 or Joe or Jana Bentle at 235-2031. Those wanting to attend the Saturday opening of the clothes closet are asked to enter through the fellowship hall door, which is the North door on Fourth Street.
The Lily Closet is open Tuesday and Wednesday from 9:30-11:30 a.m. and the first Saturday of each month from 9 a.m. to noon. First United Methodist Church is located at 309 Cedar Street in Sweetwater.
