With the assistance of local company Shermco Industries, several local individuals including students from a local baseball travel team and one of their coaches and Shermco employee Josh Gilbert delivered trash bags, water, shovels, rakes, gloves, and also assisted in clean up of debris in Moore, Okla. after the town was devastated by a tornado. Students that went included Kaegan Jeffrey, J.P. Poe, Chris Figueroa, Bray Amos and Izzy McGee.
“These boys sacrificed their Memorial Day weekend to go assist Shermco, myself, and the community of Moore. I applaud their efforts and generosity,” said Gilbert.
