Locklar awarded Grand Champion Dorset Ewe

Awarded Grand Champion Dorset Ewe was Larissa Locklar with Sweetwater FFA. As a part of her awards, Locklar received a $10,000 scholarship to a college of her choice from the San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo. The 15-year-old plans to attend Lubbock Christian University. She is shown with her parents, Terry and Jill Locklar.

San Antonio – The Junior Breeding Sheep Show was held on Feb. 9, 2010 at the San Antonio Livestock Show and Rodeo.
Awarded Grand Champion Dorset Ewe was Larissa Locklar with Sweetwater FFA. As a part of her awards, Locklar received a $10,000 scholarship to a college of her choice from the San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo. The 15-year-old plans to attend Lubbock Christian University. Currently she is a member of both the volleyball and basketball teams, and a member of Fellowship of Christian Athletes.
Katy Harris of Breckenridge was awarded Reserve Grand Champion Dorset Ewe honors. The Breckenridge FFA member was awarded an $8,000 scholarship for her winnings, courtesy of the San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo.
