Lois Gene Byrd Greenfield

GRANBURY — Lois Gene Byrd Greenfield, 83, passed away Monday, Aug. 6, 2012, in Oklahoma City.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 11, 2012, at Granbury Church of Christ. Burial will be at 2 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 12, 2012, at Palava Cemetery in Sweetwater, Texas. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Friday at Wiley Funeral Home.
Mrs. Greenfield was born May 30, 1929, in Palava, Texas, to Cleon and Erna Bonner Byrd. She married Lewis E. "Lew" Greenfield, June 12, 1948, in Sweetwater. She had been a Granbury resident for 16 years and was a member of Granbury Church of Christ.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; brother, Gerald Byrd; and sister, Rosmary Collins.
Survivors include her son, Gary Greenfield and wife, Alice, of New Caney, Texas; daughter, Carolyn Pack of Hayward, Calif.; grandchildren, Evan Hardgrove, Taylor Hardgrove, Van Pack, Jacquelyn Pack and Samantha Lee; brothers, Hal Byrd and wife, Marilyn, of Whitesboro and Jack Byrd of Granbury; brother-in-law, Orville Collins of Richardson; and numerous nieces and nephews.
