Lonnie Henry, age 75, of Snyder, passed away Sunday, Nov. 24, 2013 in Snyder. 
Memorial service will be held Wednesday, Nov. 27, 2013, at 10 a.m. in the Wright Colonial Funeral Home chapel with Reverend Alan McGuire officiating. Services are under the direction of Wright Colonial Funeral Home. 
Mr. Henry was born on June 13, 1938 in Jacksonville, TX. He owned and operated Lonnie’s Barber Shop in Roscoe until his retirement in 1978. He then drove a bus for Snyder ISD and McKinney ISD for 10 years. He loved being around his family and especially his grandchildren. 
Survivors include three daughters and two sons-in-law, JoAnn and Robby Cearly of Snyder, TX, Von Dale Henry of Snyder, TX and Terri Sue Henry and Steve Hand of Snyder, TX; one son and daughter-in-law, Tom E. and Shawna Henry of North Carolina; one brother and sister-in-law, Tommie and Nell Henry of Hermleigh, TX; eight grandchildren, Sarah Cearly, Bear Hand, Bubba Hand and Julie Hand, all of Snyder, TX, T.J. Jones of Austin, TX, Troy Joe Henry of Lubbock, TX, and Brandon and Austin Henry, both of North Carolina; one great-grandson, Cameron Joe of Snyder, TX; one niece, Mande Reaves and her family from Lubbock, TX; and one nephew, Jimmie Joe Henry of San Angelo, TX.
