Man arrested for indecency with a child

A local man was recently arrested for indecency with a child by contact. Felipe DeJesus Lozano, Jr., 18, was arrested by the Sweetwater Police Department after he admitted he had touched his 10-year-old relative inappropriately according to officials at the Sweetwater Police Department. The charge is classified as a second degree felony and if found guilty, Lozano faces 2-20 years in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice and a fine of up to $10,000.
