What is wrong with our legal system. Are our judges blind. I am sure that community service and a small fine will make this man think twice. Shame on you Sweetwater legal system!

You can show up with your checkbook too and help pay for the cost of a prison stay. While in prison do you understand that this mans quality of life would improve in that he would have dental and medical care provided. He would have a roof over his head and food in his belly. He would not be paying income tax and would not be paying local sales tax on items purchased. Do you even know how probation works and what happens if you do not make the terms of your probation? Take a bit of time and get educated.

Excuse me

Yeah let's leave this scum on the street to harm other children. He has already proven he can do it and get away with it. You have to be demented to even suggest you are worried about yor pocket book in this case. But guess what.... We are paying for it any way.

So, lets leave him on the street to do what ever again. Makes a lot of since. Would you have the same opinion if it were your child. Sad thing, you probably would. Keep counting your beans and lets let all the killers go to.

You need the education. I know first hand what happens to scum in prison that are there for these types of crimes against kids. Beleive me, it is far from "improved quaility of life". Just ask around!

Wrong Just Wrong. Now this little girl has to see him in a store or driving down the street. He will go on with his PATHETIC life while this girl has to feel like "what was the point in even saying anything".Sweetwater has a problem with putting people in prison for some reason. It can't be because tax payers have to pay for their food and shelter,We've been doing it forever anyway so what would it hurt for 1 more so this Girl doesn't EVER have to lay her eyes on him again...And also get the satisfaction of knowing what Sex Offenders get in Prison.

Sorry I just now saw this YOURKIDDING!!! I have a deal for you ...I would Gladly pay for him to be put away if YOU will gladly pay for the counseling that this child will need for probably the rest of her life, cause see even if he served 8 years for what he did to her,He gave her a life sentence. This is something that you don't just "GET OVER" with time.I am 37 years old and still have issues with things that happened to me when I was 8 and again when I was 12.So don't try to make any "DEALS" with me cause obviously you have NO clue what is going on here. This is something money can't fix,but a good LONG prison sentence would at least make this girl feel a little better.
