Mary Etta O’Donald

Mary Etta O’Donald, 94, passed away Monday, Feb. 18, 2013, at Hendrick Medical Center. Services will be at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday at the Roby Church of Christ with Darrell “Speedy” Hart officiating. Burial will follow in the Garden of Memories Cemetery in Sweetwater, directed by Abilene Funeral Home.  Viewing will be Thursday from noon until service time at the church in Roby.
Mrs. O’Donald was born Sept. 7, 1918, in Fisher County, Texas to the late Watson Mann and Martha Cary McCain. She was a member of the Roby Church of Christ.
Survivors include two sons, Don O’Donald and wife, Nancy of Sweetwater and Ronnie O’Donald and wife Vicki, of Wylie, Texas; a sister, Pearl Jean Bryan and husband, Donald of San Angelo; four grandchildren, Matthew Samuel O’Donald and wife, Marian, Cody Mann O’Donald, Kristi Rose and husband, Spencer and Kari Michelle Rough and husband, Kevin; and six great-grandchildren, Kody Lyn, Gracie O’Donald and Seth, Samuel, Laynee and Lucas Rose.
Mrs. O’Donald was preceded in death by her husband, Eircle O’Donald; a grandson, Michael David O’Donald; and a great-granddaughter, Meagon Michelle Rough.
Pallbearers will be Kody Rough, Cody O’Donald, Matthew O’Donald, Ben and Scott Bryan, Wes, Scott and Justin Ashlock. 
Honorary pallbearers will be Aubrey McCain, Faron McCain, Robert Hicks and Johnny Hicks.
