McMurry offering group exercise classes

McMurry University is offering open-to-the-public group exercise classes through Dec. 4. All classes will be held in the Hunt Physical Education Center Room 200.
The Fifty Fitness program will meet Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 8-8:55 a.m. Yoga classes will meet from noon to 12:55 p.m. on Tuesdays through Fridays and again at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Low Impact Aerobics begins on August 17 and will meet at 5:30 p.m. to 6:25 p.m. Zumba sessions are 5:30 p.m. to 6:25 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Participants may mix-and-match lesson attendance. Session tickets are $80 for 60 lessons, $60 for 20 lessons and $30 for 10 lessons. Drop-ins pay $5 per visit. For more information or to register, contact Cynthia Rutledge at 325-793-4636 or email crutledge@mcm.edu.
