Meet and Greet the Candidate slated for Wednesday

The Meet and Greet the Candidate hosted by the Republican Women of West Texas will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 29, 2014, at the Church of Christ Activity Center located at the corner of Elm and Fifth Street in Sweetwater. Twelve Republican candidates have accepted the invitation to speak.
Candidates for U. S. Representative, District 19: Donald R. May and Randy Neugebauer who will be represented by Mitch Barnett.
Candidates for State Representative, District 71: Isaac M. Castro and Susan L. King.
Candidate for Justice, 11th Court of Appeals Dist. Place 3: John Bailey
Candidate for Judge of County Court at Law (serving Fisher, Mitchell and Nolan Counties): David Hall.
Candidate for Nolan County Judge: Whitley May.
Candidates for Nolan County District Clerk: Jamie Clem; Connie Jamison and Marsha K. Harris.
Candidate for Nolan County Treasurer: Jeanne Palafox Wells.
Candidate for Nolan County Commissioner, Prec. #2: Doug Alexander.
Each Candidate will be introduced by Larry May, Nolan County Republican Chairman, and will have five minutes to provide their position on current issues.
The format of the meeting does not include debates or questions from the audience. There will be tables available for each candidate to put out cards and literature. After each candidate has spoken, they or their staff will be available to visit face to face with those attending.
