Muncy announces candidacy for Precinct 2 Nolan County Commissioner

Terry Muncy is announcing his Democratic candidacy for Nolan County Commissioner Precinct 2.
Nolan County voters will have the opportunity to cast their votes on the early voting dates of Feb. 18 through Feb. 28, 2014. They may also vote on March 4, 2014 in the primary election. Muncy would sincerely appreciate your vote in the upcoming election.
He is a lifelong resident of Nolan County, with a family history of grandfather Buster Adams and father Billy Muncy both serving as County Commissioners in Precinct 4.
Muncy retired from the Sweetwater Fire Department, serving 21 years with advanced firefighting certificate and licensed paramedic. While working in the fire department, he served 16 years on the firefighters' pension board with eight years as chairman of the board.
Since retiring from the fire department, Muncy worked as a Catastrophe Insurance adjuster, traveling around the United States working wind and hail storms. He has owned and operated a dirt contracting business and is sole owner of a lifelong welding business.
Muncy is married to his high school sweetheart, Marla, and has two children and eight grandchildren.
