A Mustang Basketball Camp is set for June 6-9 at the Sweetwater High School gym, and has two sessions. The registration deadline will be May 31.
Students completing grades 3-5 will attend from 9-11 a.m. each day, while grades 6-8 will attend from 1-3 p.m. The fee is $30. Each camper must sign a release form and show proof of insurance. Participants will receive a camp T-shirt and basketball. Water will be provided, but campers can bring a sports drink.

Roscoe athletic banquet Friday
Roscoe holds its athletic banquet this Friday, May 20 at the high school cafetorium starting at 7 p.m. The guest speaker wil be Abilene Christian University defensive coordinator Jason Johns.

Sweetwater to host Black Gold event
Sweetwater will host a Black Gold Tennis Circuit Challenger event on June 24-25. The entry fee is $25 and players may enter up to two events, including one singles and one doubles. Entries must be in the hands of tournament director Shella Arnwine at least seven days before the tournament begins.
Events will be held in boys and girls singles, boys and girls doubles and mixed doubles. More information on the tournament may be found at www.blackgoldtenniscircuit.com.
