National Day of Prayer tomorrow

In honor of the National Day of Prayer, the community of Sweetwater is invited to participate in a 12-hour prayer vigil at the Sweetwater Prayer Center at 1418 Hailey Street. Everyone is welcome to participate any time from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Thursday, May 2, to unite in prayer for the nation and community. Prayer stations will be set up following the 7X7 prayer model providing opportunities to pray for government, education, church, family, media, business and military.
2013 marks the 62nd annual observance of the National Day of Prayer. This year’s theme is “Pray for America.” You can discover more about the National Day of Prayer at www.nationaldayofprayer.org.
