Rolling Plains Memorial Hospital welcomed the 2012 New Year Baby on Sunday, January 1 at 10:32 a.m.
Joshua Krivanek weighed eight pounds and was 20 inches long. He is the son of Belinda and Uwe Krivanek.

Among them were a $50 gift card from Maloney's Pharmacy, stationary and envelopes from Advantage Office Supply, a special delivery coupon from Becca Special Effects, a dinner for two plates and two drinks from Big Boys, a $25 gift card from Brookshires, a $20 gift card from Buck's, a special delivery coupon from Casa Morales, a $25 gift card from Cato's, a denim diaper cover in a Texas-shaped clear container from Dandy's Western Wear, one large pizza with one order of Lava Cakes from Domino's, a gift certificate for a 9x13 First Birthday cake from Doris' Sweet Shop, a $50 U.S. savings bond from First Financial Bank, a baby ring from Gem's and Gold Jewelry, a donation from McGlothlin Medical Supply, a Ganz stuffed owl from the Medicine Place, a baby blanket from the 99 Cent Store and More, a gift certificate from NuTone Cleaners, one large pizza from Pizza Hut, a year subscription to the Roscoe newspaper, a special delivery package from Rolling Plains Hospital, a special delivery from Schlotzsky's, five free 6-inch sub sandwiches from Subway, a white stuffed polar bear from Sweetwater Floral, a special delivery from Sweetwater Frame and Gallery, a $50 savings bond from Texas National Bank, a cloth baby book and Angel Babies pacifier holder from Vickie's Gifts and a diaper cake with various toys from the Rolling Plains Labor and Delivery staff.
