Nolan County Crime Stoppers announces Crime of the Week

On Wednesday, Jan. 8, 2014, the Sweetwater Police Department received a report of a burglary that occurred at a residence located in the 900 block of Mulberry Street in Sweetwater. It was reported that sometime between Friday, Jan. 3, 2014 and Wednesday, Jan. 8, 2014 an unknown person(s) used force to enter a building that is located on the said property. Once inside, the thieves took numerous firearms, firearm accessories and ammunition having a combined value of approximately $9,000. The Sweetwater Police Department and Crime Stoppers is asking for your assistance to help locate the person(s) responsible for this crime.
