One person entered a plea during 32nd Judicial District Court proceedings on Monday, July 2, 2012.

One person entered a plea to Judge Glen Harrison during 32nd Judicial District Court proceedings on Monday, July 2, 2012. District Attorney Ann Reed and Assistant District Attorney Barrett Thomas prosecuted the case.
Jared Seth Davis, with attorney Peter Lopez, pled true to revoking his probation. Davis was originally put on probation on Feb. 25, 2011, for forgery, a state jail felony.
For his plea, Davis received 15 months confinement in the State Jail Division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice. He will have to pay a $500 fine, $305 in court costs, $1,000 in attorney's fees and restitution to Roscoe State Bank of Sweetwater in the amount of $260, restitution to First Financial Bank of Sweetwater in the amount of $80 and restitution to Shannon or Allen Setliff of Sweetwater in the amount of $850. He will receive 130 days credit towards his sentence for time already served in jail.
