One pleads guilty in district court

One person pled guilty to Judge Glen Harrison during 32nd Judicial District Court proceedings on Tuesday, Aug. 28, 2012.Corey Dustin Spurlock pled guilty to driving while intoxicated, classified as a Class A Misdemeanor. For his plea, Spurlock received one year confinement in the Nolan County Jail, probated for two years. He will also have to pay a $4,000 fine and $484 in court costs. He will also have to be confined in the Nolan County Jail for 72 hours and serve 120 hours of community service. His driver's license will be suspended for one year.
