You can't kill extremism

Religious extremism has been evident from the earliest recorded times. The only thing that has changed is the creed of the terrorist and the technology employed. This current Islamic version will ebb in time, but another version will rise in it's place.
For the moment the U.S. makes a tempting target due to our wealth and our history of interference in the affairs of other countries. In one or two hundred years things will likely be different only in that the players will change. At some point it might even be the poor, downtrodden American Christian utilizing the name of God and the technology of the future to terrorize whichever oppressor has risen to the top of the food chain.

I think they will be inspired by the death of Bin Laden. His co-terrorist will think that he is a hero to be followed. There's a possibility for that especially now that they are being hunt by the armies who are having victorious feeling. However, it was said that there's really an evidence of his death. The night that a raid by U.S. Forces killed Bin Laden, a 33-year-old Pakistani man Tweeted about the noise it made and has become an overnight sensation because of it. Sohaib Athar, 33, noticed the sounds of a helicopter from his home on Sunday night and complained about this on Twitter. I found this here: Man unknowingly bemoans Bin Laden raid on Twitter
