Mr. Pedro Garcia, 55, of Big Spring, Texas, passed away Aug. 11, 2012 at a hospital in Midland, TX. He was born Oct. 7, 1956 to Cecilio Garcia and Andrea De La Paz Garcia. He worked as an operator in the oil fields.
A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 15, 2012 in the chapel of Kiker-Seale Funeral Home, officiated by Father Michael Udegbunam. Burial will follow at Mitchell County Cemetery with Kiker-Seale Funeral Home directing services.
Pedro is survived by his wife, Angel Garcia; daughter, Priscilla Garcia and husband Joey Cerda; sons, Cecil Garcia and wife, Sonia, Pete Garcia, Jr. and wife, Belinda, all of Big Spring, Andrew Garcia and wife, Vanessa of Snyder; 14 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; sisters, Teresa Peña and husband, Adolio of Rungee, Pauline Peña of Abilene, Anna Guzman of Lubbock, Elena Peña of Florida, Felipa Salas and Carmen Cates of Waxahachie; and brother, Cecilio Garcia of Jacksboro.
Pallbearers will be Cecil Garcia, Pete Garcia, Jr., Andrew Garcia, Chris Guzman, Joe Garcia and Cipriano “Jr.” Peña.
A visitation will be held on Tuesday until 8 p.m. with Rosary at 7 p.m. at Kiker-Seale Funeral Home Chapel.
A fellowship meal will be held following the burial at Colorado City V.F.W.
