One plea was entered during 32nd Judicial District Court proceedings last week.

One person entered a plea last week to Judge Glen Harrison during 32nd Judicial District Court proceedings.
John Cole Johnson pled true to a motion to adjudicate. Johnson was originally put on community supervision on June 21, 2010 for burglary of a habitation, a second degree felony. The offense occurred on May 19, 2010.
For his plea, Johnson received 10 years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice and had that sentence suspended to five years of community supervision. He is also responsible for paying a $750 fine, $559 in court costs and $1,000 in attorney's fees. He will also have to serve 240 hours of community service.
The defendant shall also be confined for 460 days up-front jail time as a condition of community supervision. He will receive 29 days credit for time already served in jail.
