Ready for the big chill?

A strong cold front will be moving into the area during the afternoon hours today.

Conditions are expected mild and breezy this Wednesday morning ahead of a strong cold front which will move through during the early afternoon hours. Expect highs today in the lower 70s before the front works into the area shortly after noon.
Winds will shift from the south to the northwest at 20-30 miles per hour. A Wind Advisory is in effect for portions of the area from 10 a.m. until 7 p.m. this evening.
Winds will subside a bit overnight, as high pressure builds into the area. Expect clear skies and lows in the low to mid 30s.
Temperatures will be much cooler Thursday, though there will still be a fair amount of sunshine. Expect highs in the upper 50s to near 60.
After another chilly night into the 30s on Friday morning, temperatures will rebound into the upper 60s to near 70 Friday afternoon.
