Region 14 Education Service Center Head Start announces that its Annual Report to the Public for 2011-2012 is available for viewing. This report is part of the federal standards for providing an annual report each year for school districts, parents, community members and any other interested agencies.
This report includes data on children served, curriculum, funding information, results from the 2009 Federal review and governance.
There are two ways that the report can be viewed. Hard copies have been distributed to each of the 10 school districts served by Region 14 ESC Head Start. They will be located at each administrator’s office, as well as with the principal and family service worker on that campus.
The other way to view the report is through the Region 14 Education Service Center’s website. Once logged in to www.esc14.net, follow the links to the “Center for Young Learners,” then “Head Start.” Click on the link to “Annual Report to the Public.”
Region 14 ESC is the grantee for Head Start programs in the following school districts: Albany, Anson, Breckenridge, Colorado City, Hamlin, Haskell, Rotan, Stamford, Sweetwater and Merkel. Sweetwater ISD also includes an Early Head Start program. A home-based program is available for children in the Rule and Rochester area.
