Rep. King to host Legislative Forum

The Abilene Chamber of Commerce will host Representative Susan L. King on Thursday, Nov. 17, 201, at the Abilene Convention and Visitor's Bureau at 1101 North First Street in Abilene at 5:30 p.m.
Representative King will open the forum with a short presentation on the interim work of the 82nd Legislature and will then conduct open discussion with opportunities for questions and answers.
"Constituent input is a vital aspect of representing District 71 in the legislature. I appreciate the Chamber joining me in providing a venue for local residents to dialogue about the legislative process," said Representative King.
The offices of Representative Susan L. King holds town halls at various locations and times to encourage participation in the legislative process to the residents of Taylor and Nolan Counties with their representative and her staff.
