Some new technology has found its way to a local community bank. First Financial Bank in Sweetwater has recently installed a new ATM machine at 1531 Hailey, replacing the old machine that was previously in place. FFB President Kirby Andrews described the new device as the "newest and wisest" ATM. The current ATM boasts several new features, including various deposit capabilities. It can scan checks, count and dispense cash and print receipts. While customers can make deposits and receive cash withdrawals, another new and great perk comes along with the new ATM. As long as deposits are made by 7 p.m., lateworking customers can have same day credit. Shown are First Financial Bank employees and officers along with Sweetwater Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors at a ribbon cutting ceremony held for the new ATM machine on Friday, April 8, 2011.
