Road to close due to construction

Nolan County Courthouse (shown) construction will prompt traffic changes starting Tuesday, January 17
Starting on Tuesday, Jan. 17, 2012, the ongoing construction at the Nolan County Courthouse will prompt some traffic changes.
Locust Street, from Broadway to Third, will be closed off. However, the north and south parking lots of the Courthouse will be open, as well as both parking lots at First Financial Bank.
