New physician to provide family practice and obstetrics care beginning Aug. 4

Rolling Plains Memorial Hospital (RPMH) has announced the addition of Dr. Jennifer Liedtke to their medical team. The new physician will provide family practice services as well as a specialty in obstetrics.
“We’re thrilled to have Dr. Liedtke join our Sweetwater medical community,” said Donna Boatright, administrator of RPMH. “Her services will be a great asset here at Rolling Plains, and I know our community is going to love her.”
As a family practice physician, Dr. Liedtke has the expertise to provide comprehensive medical care for all members of a family in every stage of life. From pregnant women to newborns, childhood and adult disease to senior care, Dr. Liedtke can be your first source for healthcare.
Dr. Liedtke began her studies with a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University, where she graduated cum laude. She continued with her medical degree at the College of Medicine at Texas A&M Health Science Center.
A native of Odessa, Dr. Liedtke comes to Sweetwater with her husband, Ty, and baby, Kylee.
“Living in relatively small communities most of my life, I can appreciate the lifestyle of rural Texas,” Dr. Liedtke explained. “When I began my journey as a physician, I knew that I wanted to practice in a smaller community like Sweetwater.”
In addition to family practice services, Dr. Liedtke will also provide obstetrics care for women. She said that one of the reasons she choose RPMH was because of the exceptionally fine program the hospital has for its size.
“Rolling Plains Memorial Hospital is a brilliant example of rural healthcare when you have a knowledgeable team, great leadership and more importantly – a supportive community that understands the importance of local healthcare,” Dr. Liedtke said. “That’s unique, and Nolan County is blessed with such a strong medical community.”
Dr. Liedtke begins seeing patient at Rolling Plains Memorial Hospital beginning Aug. 4. Appointments are being scheduled now. For more information or to make an appointment, please call 325-235-6819.
