Roscoe DARE culmination ceremony

The Roscoe DARE program role models and students participated in a culmination ceremony to celebrate a great year. Daren the Lion made an appearance at the ceremony and Justice of the Peace Sharon Gardner was the guest speaker at the event. Also shown is Angie Collier, Nolan County DARE officer.
