RPMH welcomes new year baby

Rolling Plains Memorial Hospital welcomed the 2014 New Year Baby on at 3:45 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 3.
Raydi Reshan West weighed seven pounds, 11 ounces and was 20 inches long. She is the daughter of Dakota and Amber West of Sweetwater. She was also welcomed by two sisters, Cloe, 6 and Valli, 2. Grandparents are Rita and Bobby Briscoe of Sweetwater, David West of Roscoe and Cindy and Francis Ciochon of Phoenix, Ariz.
Great-grandparents are Joyce West of Sweetwater and the late Bill and Mary Mann.
Little Raydi arrived to a wide variety of gifts donated by local businesses. Among them were a special delivery coupon from Becca's Special Effects; a $25 gift card from Brookshire's; a meal for two from Casa Morales; a $25 gift card from Cato's; a denim diaper cover and stuffed pony from Dandy Western Wear; one large pizza and one order of lava cakes from Dominos Pizza; a $50 Visa gift card from First Financial Bank; a baby ring from Gems-N-Gold Jewelry; a $50 gift card from Maloney Pharmacy; taggies, tag along and loved notes from The Medicine Place; a baby blanket from the 99 Cent Store; one large pizza from Pizza Hut; a special delivery package and diaper cake from Rolling Plains Memorial Hospital; a meal for two from Schlotzsky's; a stuffed teddy bear from Sweetwater Floral; an ivy plant from The Flower Box; a special delivery coupon from Sweetwater Frame and Gallery; a baby gown and rattle from Vickie's Gifts; a $100 gift card from Wal-Mart; two meals and two drinks from La Cocina; a cross, blanket and door hanger from the RPMH Gift Shop; and a Bible, blanket and bottle from First Baptist Church.
