Rolling Plains Rural Heath Clinic raised awareness by supporting the fight for the cure of Muscular Dystrophy (MD) during the month of February. February was Muscular Dystrophy Awareness Month. Clinic employees wore green ribbon t-shirts every Friday throughout the month to support MD. On Feb. 18, the clinic held an "Empty Your Pockets Day" in each department. The department with the most money collected for Muscular Dystrophy won a break party hosted by Nancy Nicholson with Encompass Home Health. The total raised by all departments was $686.14. On Feb. 25, the Clinic held an employee raffle for all those who participated in raising and donating money for MD awareness. Prizes given away included a facial by Adrianna Archuleta and $250 in playbacks from Harp Vending.
